It's a true testament to the resilience of our democracy. If the Republicans cared one bit about this country they'd impeach Trump now or invoke the 25h amendment. He's the greatest threat to our national security since 9/11.

Hopefully people who don't normally follow politics tuned in last night and saw first hand how much Trump’s mental state has deteriorated in the last 4 years. The Americans who ignore this crisis and don't vote are sleepwalking towards fascism.

Survival is insufficient.

We've been "surviving"; 14 weeks with no paycheck, rationing meds, eating what we can afford, not what is healthy, my husbands company downsized and he lost 1/3 of his salary. After 20 years of being debt free, we now have 10K in medical debt. We were saving for a used car, those funds are gone, the car won't last until the end of the year. AND millions of Americans are much worse off than us. Although we will all breathe a sigh of relief when Joe is finally in office, it's going to get worse, before it gets any better. Recovery, personally and as a nation will take years.
