Biden's reply was the issue is trump appointing a SC nominee 30 some day before the issue, not a hypothetical whether it should or not. Also, I believe to expand the court would require Congress, and honestly who knows on that

If we take the Senate, I think impeaching and removing Kavanaugh might be a real possibility. Democrats on the committee during his hearings were denied documents they requested. McConnel had said "anyone but Kavanaugh" from Trumps short list. He said that for a reason. I'd say they could easily show he lied to the Senate during confirmation, and an investigation should turn up what McConnel was worried about.
