Experimental medicines like the one Trump’s taking have unknown side effects. Imagine if they included the sudden development of capacities for empathy and regret. I mean that’s pretty far fetched, but just to be safe maybe they should take away Trump’s shoelaces and belt.

3. Some Covid patients get delusional so my guess is his malignant narcissism could get even worse

but some of those reports such as by Chris Cuomo who reported nightmarish delusions were in people who toughed it out at home and were not fortunate enough to have the cutting edge antibody and antidotal cocktails available to Trump to slow down the virus spread.

But he could still have some brain side effects which would be scary in recovery as he is already so nuts.
