Wait until enough Republican senators come up positive to put the Democratic Senate caucus into the majority, then bring all Trump’s remaining judicial nominees to a vote.

besides McConnel will change the rules so it can be done remotely. So really no chance the conformation hearing will not proceed and confimation confirmed
