I also don't know why someone would check into a hospital unless they were exhibiting symptoms of some nature. After spending 15 days in the hospital back in August, it is far easier to isolate than tolerate treatment in a hospital where he will awakened every night for blood draws. listen to the machines beeping, and be connected to an IV so that it makes it difficult to go to the bathroom.

I asked my husband the same thing. Who can just check themself into a hospital? Unless he doesn’t have to rely on insurance. Hell, when you have a baby they kick you out in 24 hours. I thought someone had to say you were sick enough to be admitted. Seems wired to me.
