I don't think Trump knows how to punctuate 401(K).

Maybe he's dictating it, because the tweets do exhibit his ALL CAPS childishness and simple mindedness.

Trumps Tweets don't usually have that kind of consistency. So my guess is he is dictating them and someone said lets put vote at the end of each one.
