Drumpf to continue coronavirus treatment after being discharged from Walter Reed

Trump will receive his fourth dose of remdesivir on Monday evening before returning to the White House, with a "fifth and final dose of his treatment course at the White House tomorrow evening," according to one doctor.

He continues to be treated with dexamethasone, a steroid that may help save the lives of seriously ill patients, especially those on ventilators. It's less effective for patients who are only on supplemental oxygen, and it's shown no benefit in the mildest cases.

Trump "may not be entirely out of the woods yet," Conley said, but the physicians said they had deemed it safe for him to return to the White House.

The president also has a team of doctors and a helicopter on call. Trump's doctors can virtually replicate a hospital environment in the residence, including the ability to give the president supplemental oxygen and other high-level medical treatment if needed.

Conley is such a liar, 'may not be entirely out of the woods yet' probably means IT is in bad shape! I suspect dexamethasone is artificially keeping fever low and is suppressing immune system ... things can get fugly quickly.

The damage to Trump's blood vessels and/or organs has already happened and can't be fixed. He's stuck with his condition.

The Remdesivir and Dexamethasone is to keep him from dying now.

Trump's longevity has been abbreviated b/c of his Covid experience.

but the White House is set up with a mini hospital. It's not like one of us commoners being sent home.

...it's a transfer.

As we continue to learn from our Republican comrades, words matter.

"See....no big deal, he was discharged after 3 days"
is a lot different than
"Whoa...after 3 days in the hospital, they sent him to a long term care facility".
