You can clearly see and hear how badly Trump has deteriorated since this clip was filmed. Now? He rarely voices full thoughts/sentences, resorting to rambling fragments. And that's on a good day.

But what a hoot. Trump complains about GW's lying. The Liar-in-Chief pointing fingers. What is Trump up to? Thirty-five thousand lies since this horror show began.

Lying so great I can't stand it.

It's obvious he has deteriorated significantly. I would do an ad with this clip side by side with one of his incoherent ramblings. If he wants to pretend he's more mentally competent than Joe Biden, let people see that.
