are ticked off about that!

We got texts, emails and phone calls saying they were going out and would take 5 to 7 business days. Never came.

Then my husband called and they said those notifications were a mistake and they were in the process of going out now, but it’s going on the 5th business day or so and only the pamphlets came today. They better come tomorrow or the day after.
