when establishing the right of Religion to decide what
what our rights are because the court is controlled by
religious militants, destined to control human behavior
is the service of their faith.

This is a concern because one of the Legal Studies classes that I took a UCF had a teacher who made a big deal about the 5-4 decisions. She made it sound like those cases can get overturned. In fact, there is no doubt in my mind that this has been the plan since the nineties.
