And another thing that bothers me about Amy Coney Barrett claiming that she follows

Anthon Scalia's philosphy. Near the end of his life, Scalia was claiming that discrimination was constitutional. He said that specifically with reference to the way that black Americans were being treated at the hands of the criminal justice department.

But now that we know that Barrett wants to give racists wiggle room with the "n" word, if her nomination goes through, aren't we seeing an America in the future that will see more protests in the streets?

He argued that the constitution entitled the accused to "due process", not a correct result. This, even though freshly discovered dna evidence proved someone innocent, if they had been tried and found guilty and sentenced to death and exhausted all their appeals, then the state could execute them even though there was proof positive that they were innocent.

Scalia argues that they had due process so that's that.

Anyone with an ounce of morality would recognize that whatever process they had, it's wasn't good enough due process if it leads to the state killing someone it knows at the time of execution to be innocent.
