Like him or not, there simply isn’t a better political strategist than James Carville. He really understands the substance of people, who to accommodate, who to ignore. He understands the ebb and flow of polls and what message they are sending collectively. And most of all, he understands that when you have a knife at a vicious opponent’s throat, you fucking cut that person’s head slap off their neck.

James Carville has said a lot of stuff about Trump. Have you seen Trump come after him like he does others? No, because Trump and his people know that if they pick on the Ragin Cajun, they have a fight on their hands that they don’t want.
