It's just as dangerous as drinking and driving and yet it seems people seem to take it less seriously.

I've been shopping for a good used one. Thinking about leasing the house out for a year and cruising the west coast. Now I know where I can get one cheap. Panama canal anyone?

It's surprising how much boat 200K can buy. Not surprisingly, there is a bumper crop of used cruise ships for sale, only 11 million will buy a 700 footer, complete with casinos, restaurants, gyms, spas and swimming pools. I don't have 11 million. Deutsche bank, are you listening? I'm totally good for it.

SARASOTA COUNTY -- A man was arrested Tuesday after being accused of stabbing a man last week.

According to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, Brendan Sheridan, 28, attacked Jacob Daugherty, 29, early Feb. 4 on the back lanai of an apartment in the 3400 block of Queens Street. Daugherty was visiting a friend, Katherine Drake, who lives in the same apartment with Sheridan, according to a news release.

Daugherty was treated for a punctured liver at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Sheridan left the scene before authorities arrived, the report states. He was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was released from jail Wednesday on $100,000 bail.
