Obama, giving a speech in Philadelphia, commenting on Trump's Chinese bank account and paying more taxes in China than here.

(Slight paraphrase) "Can you imagine in 2008 if Fox News found out I had a Chinese bank account? They'd be calling me Beijing Barry."
