Trump creates a new loyalty cadre class of federal employees who must pledge allegiance to the King.

This will likely be one of the first Executive Orders that will be rescinded by a Biden Administration on January 20, 2021.

2. There are about 2 million full time federal emplopyees. Because most federal agencies have adopted

management systems/strategies over the past few decades that empower and involve all employees in decision making, this EO appears on its face to be applicable to just about any individual employee. After all, any employee can advocate policy.

Sounds like a great issue for Biden/Harris to latch onto over the next two weeks. Two million votes!
