Wow, someone’s too sensitive tonight. In my view, Biden made a mistake when he stated that he will appoint a Commission to “study” the issue, instead of just leaving it at “I haven’t decided”. The Commission will not issue a report for at least 6 months, and I think we need to get moving on expanding the Court immediately after Jan. 20 if we win the WH and Senate.
