Bill McKibben @billmckibben 52m
Holy mackerel. For years, pols were scared to talk about climate change. Now it's become Biden's closing argument.

Climate will really mess with them. Bit Joe connects climate change to jobs too.

We are thinking of moving to the future coast in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I was very proud of Joe in the last debate during the moment at the end that has been described as a "gaffe". The topic was seemingly over and he made a final comment about how we need to work to become fossil fuel free by 2035 I believe it is. Trump acted as if he had caught Joe in a trap asking him to repeat it. But Joe was unafraid to wade into it and he did so without being prompted.

We have to have the strength to talk about it. Its the issue that is more important than EVERY other issue. Economy and abortion and gay marriage and education and immigration and you name the issue even health care... none of it matters if the planet is unlivable because we have burned it up. We can't run from that because we are scared a few rednecks in texas and pennsylvania might punish us with their vote over fracking.
