that showed warning signs in '16 amongst working class whites look much better for Biden this time around.

He also says the Rust Belt has moved a few points red while the Sun Belt (aside from FL) has moved a few points blue.

This is likely why Biden/Harris is campaigning in the Sun Belt as an insurance policy in case one of the blue wall/Rust Belt states falls to Trump.
