SOS did a rare midday update, adding in some rurals.
Still no Clark in-person from Wednesday, and a few thousand mail ballots not in the county, but accounting for that and the Dems statewide lead is down to about 41K now.
In those six larger rurals -- Lyon, Douglas, Carson, Bye, Elko and Churchill -- I'd say about 60 percent of those who are going to vote have voted. I still say Trump wins the rurals by 70,000-plus, maybe as much as 80,000. He won last time by 58,000.
The problem for the president is that Clark County continues to diminish the impact of the rurals by voting almost to its registration. For Trump to have any chance here, the rurals have to get to 14 percent -- they are at just under 13 percent now.

(32,771 posts)At early voting...please stop. He did say with the exception of Jon Ralston. Having said that, Ive followed Jon Ralston for several elections and hes good, but JMHO he seems out of his element this year. Any why wouldnt he be, or anyone. Ppl are voting differently this year- mail ins and early voting is a big deal
Historically, NV votes for the Dems..
