(3,728 posts)Usually we find out a president's misdeeds much later after they are gone. i.e. Nixon's sabotaging peace efforts in Vietnam in order to get elected. But with trump, so much of his crap flows like a waterfall in real time before our eyes. His tweeting 20 or 30 times a day in a manner which would embarrass your average fifth grader makes them smile. Kissing up to murderous dictators while alienating our allies is a good thing not a bad thing.
Yes we've likely seen only the tip of the iceberg. No matter what we find out about trump post presidency, will it really matter? Part of me says yes, part of me says no.

(4,007 posts)..and a sycophant allied with Vlad! This due to 1980's loans of Russian rubles through the Russkie government to Trump through that German bank.
So really the only questions are: 1.) how did he evade Federal law enforcement IRS indictments (Federal taxes) even during President Obama's immediately prevous 8 years in office, with Joe as his V-P? 2.) how did he avoid NYS prosections for State tax evasions?
This I don't get.

(6,477 posts)All of their dirt is immediately discoverable by the next administration. Everything they've suppressed and hidden is suddenly in control of the next administration. That's a basic check and balance in our government that the Trumpies can't get around with stonewalling and court rulings. They're terrified, because much of it is indictable.
