At 38% the first of the week, as of yesterday that number was at 49%.

Miami-Dade return rate is 64.7% compared to Broward at 68.2%

BTW, that UMichVoter is excellent on twitter. I discovered him about a week ago. I greatly prefer him to other guys who are covering the Florida vote
