Message from the Michigan Secretary of State...

Are you still planning to vote early by absentee ballot?

Michigan voters are voting early at record numbers. Over 2.5 million voters have already returned their ballot, which is an extraordinary affirmation of the confidence so many have in the security and accessibility of our process.

If you’re a Michigan voter with a ballot and haven’t yet returned it, here is what you need to do:
* Return your ballot in-person to your city or township clerk or your local drop box as soon as you can - but no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day. Be sure you sign the envelope so that election workers can affirm your identity and validate your vote.
* Vote early in-person. You can also go to your local city or township clerk’s office and vote an absentee ballot in-person. Clerks have extended hours this weekend, so find your clerk at Michigan.gov/Vote and cast your ballot!

Make no mistake: Your ballot must be received by your city or township clerk or dropped in your local drop box no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day.

If you requested an absentee ballot but you haven't received it, you should visit your clerk's office before Election Day to receive a new ballot and vote it all in one trip. Once you do that, any other ballots assigned to you will be invalidated.

Voting is your right, and you have options on how to make your voice heard. Remember: candidates don't get to decide who wins an election, voters do. So vote and make sure your voice is heard.

Visit Michigan.gov/Vote to find your clerk, local drop boxes, and make a plan.

Onward to Election Day!

If you're voting for Trump, go ahead, drop your ballots in the mail, it might get there on time.

This is honestly a slight factor, a lot of Trump voters have no idea he's destroyed the USPS, it hasn't been discussed on FOX at all. There's got to be some of them that think if they get their envelope into their mailbox today it will be just like any regular mailing time and arrive Monday.
