Trump isn't going to come out election day and get 10 million more votes than he did in 2016, he'll get perhaps a couple million more, that's on the high side.

These extra 15 million+ people that didn't vote in 2016 and are voting now are going to go for Biden 90-10.

So they simply didn't turn out to vote. The Republicans have consistent year on year totals. They are just reliable at turning out, but there aren't as many of them (it's usually independents who waffle).

This election is a referendum on an impeached President who should've been removed from office and a Senate that has been derelict in its duty for over 12 years (save 39 days Obama had a majority of votes).

and is tiresome to hear 2016 as comparison. If you want to compare, look at 2018 FIRST

The results of presidential and statewide races were a foregone conclusion.

Despite gerrymandering, there are a number of House districts that are now competitive, and the presidential race is now a tossup.

So voting in Texas is now a worthwhile endeavor.
