click on those and you'll see Zoom and you can choose the percentage. I don't know why it randomly changes or why only on certain pages. Mine was at 150% so I couldn't see most of the page.

Very annoying. There doesn't seem to be any way to make it stick.

what most likely happened is that you somehow accidentally hit CTRL -

CTRL + zooms in
CTRL - zooms out
