It's like to slip a bit on election day. But regardless, these numbers are good.

I'm REALLY interested in the Independent voter split. If that holds, Don the Con is FINISHED.

All the pearl clutching in some threads completely misses this point. There are a lot more Republicans voting for Biden than Democrats voting for Trump.

Trump cannot win without 95%+ of Republicans voting for him.

And he's crushing him with independents!

Sorta bending the tacit norms about that... But hey, so many have voted, and norms are for suckers anyway.

I've been suspecting this was the case also. I expected only small numbers of Democratic defectors compared to relatively large numbers of Republican defectors, so all the reports of Republican turnout relative to Democratic turnout are skewed. And the fact that Biden is winning Independents by more than two to one is incredibly relevant to ultimate outcomes. Nationally, Independents are a larger voting bloc than Republicans. Not only has Trump been losing the Never Trumper Republicans, but a significant portion of the over 65 voting demographic that has swung against Trump are registered Republicans also.

Its really probably a republican saying they left the Dems because "they moved too far left" or some happy horseshit.

If you are a Democrat and vote Trump you are NOT a Democrat, period.
