1. Trump's worst instincts are becoming his downfall

I don’t wish anyone to become sick, but there is a bit of karmic justice in the fact that Trump seems to be destroying himself due to his worst instincts backfiring. His attacks on mail-in ballots backfired, attacks on the USPS backfired, and holding these superspreader rallies will backfire if his supporters too sick for in person voting. (They aren’t using mail-in because their leader told them they were bad).

One other thing, demographics. Uneducated white males are Trump’s biggest supporters but they are also the least likely to show up and vote. They like driving around in their pickup trucks with their massive Trump flags hoisted on the back, or showing up to peaceful protests with their guns and camouflage, but when it comes to something “boring” like standing in line to vote their fortitude quickly wanes.
