In December 1989, the US Army invaded Panama to effect the arrest of Panamanian dictator and drug kingpin Manuel Noriega. Noriega sought asylum in a Vatican nuncio, where he sheltered for weeks. Since the Army couldn't enter the nuncio to take him into custody, they surrounded it, and began playing very loud, very obnoxious "music" and sounds 24/7, depriving him and everyone inside of sleep. After several days of this acoustic assault, he emerged and surrendered.

After tRump is defeated, he may not concede, and may seek to stay in the White House. So I've been ruminating on how to flush him out of the White House. The "Noriega solution" might be a promising approach. Surround the White House in the days following the election, and blast it 24/7 with Lou Reed's "Metal Machine Music" or something equally obnoxious (if there is such a thing). Could such a thing be organized?

The recent treaty between Israel and UAE provides Israel’s military protection of UAE, and Trump will be safe there. Besides, the UAE is an autocracy that’s conservative in its values and has a booming tourist industry. They don’t have an extradition treaty with the US, to my knowledge. Trump can build another hotel and a golf course and live out his life in luxury.

because of Trump‘s constant threats to steal this election by way of Supreme Court. I personally doubt very much that is going to happen. Biden will win and Trump will leave by Jan. 21. But I can understand why some are nervous.

since he has no interest in it, like any of the arts. You could, for instance, play music by black women; acceptable to everyone else, but he can't stand accomplishments by them, so he'll hate it. Everyone else gets to hear Billie Holliday, Aretha Franklin, or Beyonce and enjoy it; he gets reminded of how he's a miserable failure who'll never be up to the standard of an average black woman, let alone the best of them.

Anything else, and he could eventually tune it out. This has to be something so bad, so raucous, so disagreeable to the human ear that he cannot possibly put it out of his mind long enough to get any sleep. Sleep deprivation can lead to hallucinations that can drive a person literally off a cliff. That's what I'm looking for.
