Biden +3 today, Biden +5 over the weekend, Biden +6 on election day and Biden ends up +8. See how accurate Rasmussen is.

At least in the end Rasmussen knows when to put out a real poll to remain legit, Trafalagar remains committed hoping to get lucky

He's a joke, he keeps his methods secret, but admits part of his polling number is based on what poll answers think their friends and neighbors will vote like. I'm serious, he's asking people who they think their friends will vote for and including those friends in his results. Hey, I'm voting for Trump, and I know 4 people who are voting for him too." "Good, good, I'll put down 5 for Trump."

I live in a light red suburban area of a red state. If I were to take a poll my answer to the question of who I would vote for would be Joe Biden. Then Trafalgar would ask who I think my neighbors will vote for. My neighbors will vote for Trump and that would be my answer because... it's true. They have Trump signs in their lawn. What the Trafalgar guy is saying is that, despite stating that I will vote for Biden, I am actually secretly planning to vote for Trump and I revealed it when I expressed my "neighbors" preferences. It's sort of like, "Answering for a... friend." Of course he would be incorrect. I wouldn't vote for Trump with a gun to my head.

3. I think some right-wing pollsters get more honest in the final week

So they can claim to be accurate after election results like up reasonably well with their final polls.

Then they use that reputation to lend false credibility to their more biased polls from earlier in races.

Have the republican winning hoping to get lucky....if they get lucky then the next election they can continue to put out fake garbage polls to direct the narrative but this time the claim to be ‘the only pollster that got it right’....and if they aren’t lucky them they still put out fake polls in the next election...
