(81,297 posts)MANY virtual to you!
Hope you're staying safe 'n' healthy as well, my friend!
We're doing nicely! Playing it safe, marking Day 238 of our own self-quarantine. Going on little drives so husband can smoke his cigar - he's very considerate AND safe about that stuff, too. Nagging everybody to A) VOTE! and B) Wear a MASK!!!
But that's the crux of it. We're SAFE. And staying healthy. And hey, there's the phone and the 'net and Zoom. So one can modify one's isolation. And since I'm still a news junkie, just keeping up with the news is still a full-time job. BEYOND. I STILL keep up with the news long after I ordinarily would have "clocked out" for the day.

NBC News: 98,583 new COVID cases today, single day record.
Typed out here while listening to a Montana ICU nurse being interviewed as he desperately tried to stifle tears: "I'm broken. I'm broken. And my colleagues are broken."
