Judge Emmet Sullivan just directed USPS to look into this video during a hearing on USPS' ballot-delivery capacity. Gov't says they're aware of the video and looking into it. One party on this call said they'd heard that postal inspectors were investigating it.

Raw footage of mailroom in post office here in Miami Dade. Source revealed “mail in ballots are within these piled up in bins on the floor. Mail has been sitting for over week!.” @AmandiOnAir @PeterSchorschFL @MarcACaputo @GlennaWPLG @CNNPolitics @NewsbySmiley @realDonaldTrump

Replying to @mattshuham
(Sullivan said the court had gotten a lot of voicemails about this vid. He seemed satisfied that it was being addressed, fwiw, but asked counsel to keep him updated.)

Sullivan notes that he's a judge, and not exactly well-equipped to handle the mail complaints himself that the court is receiving. USPS, per his request, asks people to call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) with concerns about mail.

for all those states that have now required ballots be delivered by election day, it's a win/win.

that the judge could order the postal employees to surrender the ballots to county clerks or secretary of state immediately for getting them into the system.

His orders applied nation wide and are being defied, as shown by the video.

A guy sent bombs through some South Florida Post Offices and closed all of them down for around two weeks. This case appears to be purposeful on the part of some postal managers.

Regardless, I have felt all along that anyone mailing a ballot after October 15 was making a mistake. Nothing that I am reading changes my viewpoint.

The vast majority of righties assume those on the left are scared, cowed, gentle, wouldn't hurt a fly. They are incorrect in that assumption.

This had better get fixed, like instantly.
