What is Trump planning to do after declaring victory Tuesday night?

3. Galvanize his rabid followers to attack vote-counting operations?

To be honest I can't think of anything else, but he continues to baffle and surprise me.

by not reporting His Glorious Victory. He will say he expected it from the traitorous CNN etc., but he's been stabbed in the back by Fox (I reckon at least Stephen Miller will describe it like that; he knows his Nazi history, and can probably put the words in Trump's mouth/twitter account). There may be a shout-out to OANN for denying reality along with him.

The tweets will lean towards your option #3; how explicit they'll be depends on if someone half-sane can veto the tweets (I think some in the White House will still be able to recognise a defeat and know violence won't help them now). If they control the account, then it'll be option #1 - declaring he'll go to court, all over the country.
