President Obama puts a Nobel Winner in Physics in Charge of Dept of Energy. Trump? Puts in a guy who can masturbate a horse. Remember the idiot W had in charge of FEMA? He was a horse judge or something. ZERO experience in the department he was heading up.

Republicans abhor government service (other than those parts of government that show force or are destructive) so the mission is misguided in their minds so it's just a chance to fill a spot with some crony to get an easy paycheck while they drive the positive workings of government into the ditch, which allows them then to say, "see Government does not do good".
