Apparently, the Republican challengers aren’t done trying to throw out 127,000+ legal Harris County votes—and are now going to ask the full Fifth Circuit to rehear last night’s three-judge panel decision rejecting their emergency appeal.

Update on Harris County drive-thru voting:

A three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit rejected Texas Republicans’ request for emergency relief from Judge Hanen’s ruling, but out of an abundance of caution, only one drive-thru voting site (at the Toyota Center) will be open today.

The case really never had a chance, hyper-partisan judges or no hyper-partisan judges. There's simply no basis for it.

John Roberts tried to warn them. haha
