From a poll watcher friend in Georgia - more good news!

“Sooo... in case anyone is wondering what’s happening in GA. We’ve had maybe 400-500 voters come through today. We’re in Richmond County, which is a Republican stronghold in Eastern GA. South Carolina is a 10-minute drive from here. From what other watchers are reporting, the turnout is about the same all over the county.

If Trump is expecting a red tsunami of turnout for re-election, it’s definitely not coming from this side of Georgia. There’s a few more hours to go, but at this point I’m opening the door for people. Not exactly a Trump train pulling into the station.”

Under powered, doesn’t deliver whats expected, but there wasn’t a derailment, the locomotive didn’t explode and the passengers weren’t left stranded in the middle of nowhere.

So yeah, not exactly a trump train.

Trump today: "Winning is easy. Losing is never easy. Not for me it's not."

What brought that up?

That’s Georgia’s second-largest city. It’s Augusta. I would expect to see long lines of Democratic voters waiting to vote if I were going to be excited about Augusta/Richmond.

I am watching 6 precincts. The one that is the most red, and the largest population is waaaaay underperforming, while the 2 most blue have had lines most of the day... for the first time I can remember since the 2008 Obama blowout.

It bodes well for the future to just have creditable performances in states like GA and TX. Of course, everyone would prefer all 50 by double digits, but...

As long as Biden wins!
