it is possible that only the election day votes have been counted and reported today and the larger batch of mailin votes are in the process of being counted.

which counties have counted early/absentee votes vs. same day votes, and which precincts have reported in at what percentage levels, you can't know anything from the ~30% votes counted so far.

Wisconsin could not count mail-in ballots until today. My guess is those ballots have to be counted before they are reported. Joe is believed to have won the mail-in vote by a very large amount.

This has been discussed for days. PA does not count mail in ballots early. It was expected that Trump would lead up front.

if that is the case, Joe is in good shape there. Wisconsin also can't count mail-in votes until election day.

and he may have been winning that big, based upon estimates. So unless Trump really runs away tonight, he loses Michigan and likely Wisconsin, which also can't count early.

The urban areas in the states in question typically are slow to report and the red areas report fast, that 50% is likely loaded with red vote. Even if his lead stays at11%, most likely won't be good enough for him to win.

I would guess that those votes are being counted now and have not been reported as part of the total. Someone said that the big counties in Ohio are low on reporting votes and a lot of red counties are in at around 90%.
