"No one can declare victory tonight"

?s=20

PA says they won't be done counting until Friday. Fulton Co GA won't be done counting till Friday. @USPS has lost almost 300,000 ballots that a federal judge demands they discover. No one can declare victory tonight. Or even tomorrow. Probably not until next week

The constitution to give each state such autonomy seem so archaic today, now that the US is generally seen more as one country than as 50 allied states.

I know it’ll never happen, but it does seem like the constitution could use a thorough overhaul and modernization. This country today is nothing the founders could possibly have ever imagined. And we shouldn’t try to run it based on the worldview they were necessarily limited to at the time.

But if it happens great.

I'd still bet that Biden is going to win -- certainly hope so -- but it's going to be a tough couple of days.

I spent the day poll watching in my ruby red county. Watching all these poor, old, infirm, people come in droves to vote for Trump.

The process itself, and how truly well it runs, was inspiring. The results? Not surprising, but depressing.

Really. There were no trains in 1776. There was no telegraph. No telephones. And God know there was no television.

WE HAVE TIME.

It is only the advent of TV and hyperactive newscasters that makes us think we must have a result tonight.

WE HAVE TIME.

10. Exactly. It takes as long as it takes. We're all worth the wait.
