Not even this right wing Court is going to disenfranchise people who properly voted because their state is behind in counting their ballots.

Right now, I won't say it's the worst thing trump has done simply because he's fighting for his life. But I might agree in the next few days.

Pence isn't immediately circulating a letter for signature by the Cabinet to 25th Trump.

In fact Pelosi should start impeachment proceedings tomorrow.

If His Lardship wants to try to stop votes from being counted he'd have to seek an injunction from a federal district court (which wouldn't grant it), then appeal, then appeal again. He can't just mosey into the Supreme Court and tell them he wants them to stop millions of votes from being counted.

Get two states counted before Fox and Breitbart conjure flimsy legal reasoning. I think we have this, bit I always marked PA as red due to the margin of shenanigans. The USSC will have something ready to hear in 30 hours.

They have original jurisdiction over only a few kinds of cases, and this isn't one of them. El Puerco can't present his bullshit directly to that court; it would have to come up from a lower court.
