(9,481 posts)the absentee ballots seemed like they went between 75-80% for the Democrats. It might be even a higher proportion thisntime given the nature of the election.

(9,481 posts)last I checked, it looked like Green Bay City and a few other smaller Dem cities were also not in with their absentee ballots yet.
This is kind of similar to what happened in 2018 with Evers-Walker.
It will mostly hinge on how high Democratic turnout in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Kenosha, and a few other small cities. Its not looking impossible or even improbable for Biden.
