stress is real.

Im pretty sure Joe will take it now. I had not realized how stressfull this is has been since yesterday until I looked at my vitals. I have a garmin watch which logs my heart rate constantly. My resting heart beat has gone from 64 on average to low 90's. It did not drop much overnight..

Hopefully once its all said and done I will achieve peace..

I hardly slept last night, but I was too scared to look at the news.
I was even afraid to check when I got up.

I don’t know what my heart rate is, but I’m basically curled up in a ball, trembling. Is that a sign?

.. and since I'll still hear the voices of McConnell and Graham, I won't have any peace.
Not enough sleep last night, so it's hard for me to feel anything good will come from this. A Biden victory and a Repub Senate...? Too awful to contemplate.

My stomach aches, my head hurts, and my mood changes every 30 seconds. I’m surprised they have not invented an election stress medication yet. “Elektia”, for the worried voter with sleep issues, headaches, GI, and mood problems!
