we may not hear about it. All the crap @ Barrett was not for nothing. I am sure Trump saw her as his insurance policy.

not the least of which is the fact that the Supremes have original jurisdiction (as opposed to appellate jurisdiction) over only a few kinds of cases, and this wouldn't be one of them. He would have to try to get injunctive relief from federal district court judges, probably several of them, and he'd lose. He'd also lose any appeals. Assuming the Supremes even agreed to take the case, they are unlikely to rule in his favor because the Constitution makes it clear that the states have the power to determine their own election procedures. And this would be nothing at all like Bush v. Gore, which was an appeal from a decision of the Florida Supreme Court and involved the question of whether to stop a recount, and not an initial ballot count.
