Postal Service data shows poor mail-in ballot delivery rate in key swing states

The data also showed that in south Florida, just 85.12% of the mail-in ballots were delivered on Election Day.

...

In central Pennsylvania, just 61.3% of the mail-ballots in the Postal system were delivered on time, the court filing shows. In Philadelphia, slightly more than 66% of the mail-in ballots had been delivered on Election Day.

In Atlanta 82.2% percent of the mail-in ballots were delivered on Election Day, the court filing shows.

Detroit Postal facilities reported less than 79% percent of mail-in ballots delivered that day.

In Greensboro, North Carolina, 72.9% percent of the mail-in ballots were delivered on Tuesday.

And in Lakeland, Wisconsin, slightly less than 77% of such ballots were delivered, the filing revealed.

It's unclear what these percentages mean. Are they percentages of all mail-in ballots, percentages of mail-in ballots in process on Election Day, or are they percentages of mail-in ballots that were posted on Election Day?

I was telling everyone I know to either vote in person (early or not) OR drop off your ballot at the designated place... in person.

this was PLANNED... and the plan worked

considered an undelivered ballot? That is the key, along with how many ballots were mailed as late as Friday and Monday when voters should have known they wouldn't be delivered in time?

Once those are known, the situation can be assessed and DeJoy -- and perhaps postal workers who might not have gone out of their way to process ballots -- can be disciplined, charged, fired, whatever.
