Jon Ralston's guide to watching the NV ballot counts come in 12 hours from now
T-minus 12 hours until NV decides fate of free world (forget it, he's rolling). More than 100K ballots will start being counted, one county at a time. If rurals are loaded first, Biden's lead will shrink. (Cue freak out if so.) Many more votes in urbans, though.
