It will be a huge factor in Pennsylvania

like the younger vote and senior vote did not, generally speaking

At the start of this when I got involved with the Biden campaign for the primary, I told the Biden staff, I was working with that the key is getting the Black people to vote.

And after this year of the BLM movement, it would be justice
