I live in a very Blue district with lots of Biden/Harris signs in the neighborhood. However, this might be just the sort of place deplorables might choose to lash out with their anger.
Perhaps I'm a little paranoid, but I am in Michigan where we have LOTS of domestic terrorist groups.

(26,298 posts)There used to be one attached to the house, but it's long disappeared. And, the only flag I have is the one from my father's casket.
Time to put it all on my shopping list.

(26,298 posts)As in, if someone DOES try and take it, I can shout, 'Leave President Biden's Sign alone!!!!!'
that would be so much fun! I can think of so many things I would use the speaker for.

(1,737 posts)However, the flag on my fence and the signs at the back aren't. I am not removing my bumper sticker as yet. My hubby has removed his sticker. I live in blue Broward County Florida but I know there are crazies everywhere. I'm not one to fear the fight. I will not let anyone take away my freedom to express myself.
You're not paranoid, you are protecting yourself.

(38,334 posts)...but I didn't see ANY Trump signs in our neighborhood.
There are Trump voters here, less than 20%, but they mostly keep it to themselves.
If I was categorizing the neighborhood opposition I'd say they are authoritarian Catholics, ex-Catholic Evangelicals, and White California Republicans of the Devin Nunes sort.
40% of the school children here come from homes where English is not the primary language.
