At that point in the movie, Scarface (Tony) had:
- run off his wife
- killed his best friend
- killed his sister
- pissed off powerful enemies
- was minutes away from gangland execution

I'm not saying it's aliens, but its aliens...
(As far as DJTJ ending up EXACTLY there...)
