A shameful sin was committed at the border in our names.

Removing children/infants from their parents.

Almost 600 separated still with no reunions.

Joe and Kamala’s first act must be putting together a commission to get these children back with their family.

It has made me physically ill that this was done by the United States.

It must at the very least attempted to be made right and prosecute those responsible for their illegal and immoral violations.

children with their parents. With some, I fear that might not be possible. In those cases, we MUST have a plan to care for those children in safe and healthy and loving environments that will address the enormous, lifelong psychological damage we have inflicted on them.

4. Me too. We have ruined those little lives in such a fundamental and painful way. We owe them.

That is the action that makes me know I will never forgive people who voted for trump after he did that.

They have shown themselves to be monsters.

I didn’t, they say I voted for him for other reasons. My response, bullshit. You voted for it.

It's all I need to know about the person saying it.

relationships fundamentally.

I think I always thought most people were well meaning. This election in particular tells me that about 50% are not. That changes how I look at the world. Probably for the better, and at 59 it's way past time for me to grow up, but it is painful.

Although the responsibility lies with this administration, much of this mess is in the hands of contractors. A secondary role of this commission should be to provide information to prosecutors who should bring criminal charges when possible and at a minimum relieve these contractors of their assets.

Trump's immigrant policies have been bothering me
since the day he took office!

I hope Biden deals with this ASAP!
