The Republican Party and hard right's attacks on judicial independence mean we can never be complacent or soft.
There is no keeping the powder dry anymore.
It obviously begins and ends with voting and supporting candidates, but there are things in the middle we're going to have to do every day from now on.
It means standing up against hate, if you see it on social media even, report it
It means challenging someone when they think "SOCIALISM" is not wanting to go bankrupt from medical bills, having compassion for poor people, or buying things before a blizzard
It means no Republican can go unchallenged anywhere, there should be no state, no district where they go unopposed
It means more than candidates but also supporting issues
It means asking where "All Lives Matter" people run off to when refugees need help
It means supporting scientists and medical professionals who the right is increasingly coming out against
It means supporting local causes, like banning 'conversion therapy' at the local level even
It means being annoying, it means rocking the boat
The era of voting and letting someone else do the work has died though.
