1. the Senate only deals with the VP, and even if we win the 2 runoffs, IF they actually did tie 50-50

Pence (who is till VP until jan 20th) would cast the deciding vote for himself. I think I am right on this. Maybe not. I cannot see the Rethugs doing this, it would kick off a civil war.

3. Assuming they win AK and NC, the last two uncalled races with the exception of GA

...and assume we win both races in GA, they’ll be at 50 and so will we. Mike Pence will cast the tiebreaking votes until he leaves.

The two republican Senators in the runoff are sitting Senators. We gained a net of 1 seat.

certification for VP, and the Democratic majority in the House for President won't be an issue

And further, if they don't certify the results, then Nancy Pelosi becomes President on Jan 20.
