Wall Street's getting a little ahead of themselves, as usual, IMHO. A vaccine only helps if enough people take it, and half of this country is irredeemably stupid.

It's more like the immunity levels of various childhood vaccines.

It's not the 40 to 60% effectiveness of flu vaccine, which does require widespread use.

He’ll feel that he won’t be getting credit for all the hard work and hours he spent in the lab, struggling to bring the vaccine to the American people.

the fact that most of the first world erupted into a giant street party when they heard the news of Trump's defeat had a lot to do with it too. Fireworks over the UK and Germany. Church bells in France.
