What a shame that we didn't manage to turn both the presidency and both houses of congress over to the Democrats as our grandparents did.

(55 posts)....SUPER-GERRYMANDERED AND SUPPRESSED THE VOTE TO A FAR GREATER DEGREE SINCE FDR'S ERA. I BELIEVE IT'S A GREATER LANDSLIDE SINCE FDR'S ELECTION DUE TO THESE MODERN FACTORS.
IT'S BEEN CONSERVATIVE/MINORITY RULE IN THE U.S. FOR THE LAST 50 YEARS IF YOU ACTUALLY COUNTED THE NATIONAL (POPULAR) VOTE.
